I just got a message from the DXer Friedrich Buettner who visited Cyprus.
He gave some schedules, as read from the newspaper "Cyprus to-day":

Greek part:
BFBS RADIO CYPRUS: BFBS 1 from 0100-2205/2305 on 1089 (E Nx  0500); BFBS 2
from 0500-2305 on 1503 (Nx 0500, 0900, 2200);
BBCWS on 1323 from 0030-2400 (Nx every hour, "British News" 0045, 1215,
2115, Sun-Fr 1645)

Turkish Republic of North-Cyprus:
BAYRAK RADIO AND TV on 1494 in E (Nx daily 1215, 1730), program in German:
Mo/Wed/Fr 1500. NO SW-FREQUENCY MENTIONED!
