I'm hearing Radio Christian Voice, Zambia on 3330 under the Canadian Time 
station CHU from 0400 to around 0500 UTC. Program is in English and 
signal peaks around 0420, when an id is usally given. By 0440, the signal 
begins to fade.

RX is a Kenwood 440 transceiver with dipole and beverage antennas.
