New Nation codes.

According to ISO, the codes for a number of countries have
been changed. Use these new codes or your mail will be, at
least, one day late, due to the fact that new mail sorting
machines are used, which, if there is no nation code, will
regard the postal code (digits) as belonging to the "home"
country. The error will then have to be dealt with manually.
