I heard RTV Congolaise,Brazzaville this afternoon in English at 1236 UTC 
on 9610 kHz with "News Review",plenty of items re. Congo, with Full ID in 
EE and invitation to watch the TV for more News Review programmes (!) 
followed by Vern. music at 1243. Sinpo 43433  (Steyn,Jan 25)
