Hello from Kobe, Japan!

I haven't QSLed this station in recent years, but as far as I know (from my
experience circa 1978-1992) Radio Pakistan has always had both Islamabad
(see WRTH) and Rawalpindi addresses. 35-1 Sattelite Town is one of the two
old familiar ones. When I was active in QSLing, Islamabad used to verify
with post cards while Rawalpindi would send partial-data acknowledgment
letters (not quite QSLs) often with magazines called Pakistan Calling.

Unfortunately I don't know the station's current QSL policy or practice.
