   I had the same luck as Ulis, although I haven't quite given
up on QSL's (but I'm very close). Here's the address that I
used unsuccessfully:

     Emisora Ecos del Orinoco
     Puerto Carreño 
     Deptartamiento Vichada 
     Colombia
