first, a log:

non-stop inst. mx, polka-like, at 2122 ann. by M in dutch and e, 
PACMAN mentioned, so maybe this stn., The english was awful so i 
could not understand it. Off at 2123

btw, i find it really difficult to id these dutch stns because they 
always mention opther free radio ops in their greetings. Recently i 
read some complaints rec. their programming. O.k., i also don't like 
all these polka and dutch mx, but for me it is fun to try to id 
these stns.
