[HCDX]: UNID NA 1410?

During a DX Camp Oct. 17-21 in Kongsfjord, Arctic Norway, I heard a
NOS-music station on 1410 with a presumed ID as "14-10 Great Rivers", or at
least that's how it sounded phonetically.  At the time of listening,
propagation favoured mostly Western US and Canadian stations.  For some
reason I couldn't hear CFUN at the time but I understand that they are
all-talk?
Do anyone have an idea on which city or area the announcement could point
at?
