Yes, for Lazio:  Via Sambuco Pistoiese worked.
v/s in March 1997 was Ing. Salvatore Di Biagio. He sent a letter in Italian
for an Italian report.
However, he advised to send future reports to:

ITALIA
 

Pescara only replied via Roma for a direct taped report to the address given
by Martin Elbe.
