[HCDX]: WSKO - 789.8 kHz

WSKO "The Score" (all sports) in Providence, RI is one of the 
off-channel stations noted lately.  It's 200 Hz low of its nominal 790 
kHz (i.e. it's on 789.8).  Interestingly, Barbados and an Argentinean 
have recently been noted similarly low from nominal 790.  Apparently 
Barbados and WSKO are both presently operating in the vicinity of 
789.8.

WSKO was previously known as WLKW, WEAN, and a couple of other calls 
that escape me at the moment.
