unreadable. Weak but fairly clear except for persistent low het.

0150- 5304.97- PERU- R. Frecuencia Nueva, 0150-0230*, Lively OA mx, then
LA rom. mx after 0210. M anncr hosting. Ad block from 0200-0203 and then
again from 0204-0207 w/sev. that sounded identical to the ones in the
previous block, but I'm not certain. All were mixed w/mx, and most
mentioned Santa Cruz. ID at 0210 as: "(TC) R. Frecuencia...kilohertz la
banda de 60 metros onda corta. 8 de la noche ? minutos...R. Frecuencia ?
". At 0216, ment of what sounded like "...escucha a radio la
Frontera(?)", and at 0219 "(TC)...radio la Frontera(?) escucha con ?
sonido...en radio la ? . ? romantico en la hora ? romantico". Final
anmnt at 0226 "9 de la noche, 9 de la noche con 27 minutos (TC repeated)
en la estudios de radio romantico. Senore y senores...3 de la
tarde...banda de 60 metros en onda corta...". Signed off w/piano instru.
oldie entitled "Exodus" I believe 0227-0230. A fair signal at best

incredibly strong at first, then began to deteriorate after 0215 or so.
CPBS/9340 and JOZ/9595 were also readable at fair/good levels. Extremely
unusual for signals from this part of the world to be even audible, let
alone solid, on 31 meters at this time of day. Noted again at 2332
