[HCDX]: UNID LA 1430

Hi all,
	As I am going through my recordings, I found on 1430,02 kHz at 01.15
UTsharp on 27th Dec. an interesting Spanish speaking station announcing: "
.. la gran cadena radial de la paz". Maybe it was just an announcement
connected with Christmas or does anyone have any other idea? At about the
same time there was a Vietnamese speaking station audible, that may have
been WNJR.
