[HCDX]: UNID 6250 in Russian

UNIDENTIFIED

I heard someone speaking Russian (W talk, no music) on 6250 behind
Pyongyang Broacasting Station about 1830-1840 today. Does anyone know what
that is? Unfortunately, it was already gone when Pyongyang signed off at
1900. Thanks!
