[HCDX]: N Korean Soldier Radio up again

NORTH KOREA

Frontline Soldiers Radio was on the air again Jan. 10 from 1400 on 1613v in
Korean. Nonstop music, ID (on the half-hour as usual) and opening music,
political talk, more music, etc. SIO 343, good signal, poor audio quality.
This is the second observation this week. It is still on now at 1552.
