Hallo Mauno,
Can't it be the word indigena?
Indigena means native, indigenous and is often used in Spanish slogans in
Latin America.
I tried to find Uribia im an old South American Handbook, but couldn't find
this town, so I don't know if Uribia is the native town of something...
