[HCDX]: Some Pirates on 6955

A couple of pirate loggings during the last couple of days:

1/15/98 0510UTC - 6955- USB: Take it easy radio, mix of 
music, also did parodies done on blues songs.

1/16/98 0218UTC- 6955- USB: WREC  Male with southern
accent playing Metallica's "Master of Puppets"  Also included 
a parody on pirate broadcasters.
