[HCDX]: The Voice Of Islam

G'day All

I'm after some clarification, I logged a station calling itself the Voice
Of Islam on 15295 at 0600 on 17/1 in EE..

Would I be right in the assumption that this station is actually the Voice
Of Malaysia ??  Or are they different stations??
