[HCDX]: 1539 Khz?

Did anyone else hear something on 1539Khz at around 0500 UTC.
WRTH say Germany is on this freq with 700Kw. It was just to weak
and was accompanied by rapid fading to really make out the language.
WDCD from Albany NY was also very strong on 1540 causing alot of
splatter. While conditions were so-so for T-A DX, I don't remember
hearing anything on this frequency before.
