Hello,

There is only little I can contribute to your request concerning Greek local
programmes. 

I picked up local programmes of  Chania on 1512 here in Germany from 0500 UTC.
Three year ago I heard some ERA stations being on holiday in Malta. The time
bet- ween 0500 and 0600 UTC had definitely local programmes. In the afternoon
I heard them around 1600 UTC (onwards, possibly also starting earlier
already).
