[HCDX]: 6621 kHz

Yesterday (UTC 22/23 March, from abt 2354-0005 I could hear a weak signal on
6621 kHz.  Although heavily interfered by military comm. in SSB, there were bits
of audio coming in.  Although I could not Identify the station, I clearly heard
"alcaldías de Honduras", which means "City halls of Honduras".

Which station is this?
