[HCDX]: BBC Radio Gloucestershire, 1413 kHz

Hi!

Today, 17.4. I heard test-transmissions of BBC Radio Gloucestershire on 1413
kHz. Time 0513-0605 hrs UTC, during peaks SINPO 22552, but lots of Oldies
made it easy to get enough details for a decent report.  Most times the
frequency was dominated completely by Premier Radio.
