[HCDX]: Teracom/Radio Sweden

I can confirm that, despite what is posted in the program schedule on
Radio Sweden's website, and in previous posts on the Internet, that the
19 metre band frequency for the special Teracom/Radio Sweden test
broadcasts is indeed 15235, not 15240.

Monitored this morning between 1130 and 1200 UTC.
