Are you sure it was Voice of Palestine?  I was listening to this
frequency on June 16 because of Radio Latina.  As far as I understood
the other arab station here was Voice of Mountain, Lebanon.  
It is possible that this station may relay Voice of Palestine news
as many arab stations in Middle East do.
