[HCDX]: UNID - 1530 kHz

In the past few weeks there have been several postings regarding an
unid on 1530 kHz under WSAI carrying WMR - whatever that is.  Don't
know if the same station but on at least three evenings during the past
two weeks I've noted a station under WSAI either running Oldies or an
open carrier.  Finally got an ID last Tuesday - W M B T in Shenandoah,
PA.  This is a daytimer so they shouldn't be on in the evenings but
license restrictions these days appear not to count - you operate 
whatever you want.
