[HCDX]: 1071 kHz: solved

This morning Flemish newspaper "Het Nieuwsblad" said that the test
transmissions on 1071 kHz are being broadcast via Lille via the transmitter
of TDF.
The test transmissions are coming from Flemish commercial television
station VT4.  The voice announcing the test transmissions is the one of Ton
Schipper (now working at VT4).
VT4 has said that it is not yet certain that it will broadcast programmes
on 1071 kHz.  This depends from the results of the test transmissions (VT4
employees are listening themselves and then report to their employer about
reception), and whether the French Telecommunications agency agrees to VT4
operating this frequency.
