VoIRI noted on 702 kHz on Aug 2 at
2008Z with EE external service. This frequency is not listed in the 1998 WRTH.
Usually they have been using 1404 for this purpose but there was no trace of the
ext. sce at the time. Must be high-powered, much better signal than I have
ever had on 1404. My local pest NRK Vadsø was off for some
reason.
