[HCDX]: WBCQ !

Last night, I finally succeeded in hearing WBCQ after several unsuccessful
efforts. Signal was quite good, so they must have been of the air the
previous attempts
They were testing between 00.00 and 02.00 UTC. Programming
consisted of Radio New York International programming interrupted by Some
WBCQ announcements. They also mentioned that regular programming will start
tomorrow (9 Sept) from 00.00 onwards on 7415 kHz.
