As I understand it, Business News will transmit between 06.00 and 18.00 hours
local time (currently 04.00-16.00 UTC) only. 

Personally, I expect that Business News will be a short-lived station, that is
converted into an all-news format before the turn of the century. This is only
speculation tough ....
