[HCDX]: Talk Radio 1395 AM exit

Talk Radio 1395 AM from the Netherlands will cease its transmissions.
As from next monday, september 21st, the frequency will be used by a new
station, named Business News 1395. The format of the commercial station
will be mainly business and financial news.
