[HCDX]: QSL: 1296 test

Today I received a QSL-letter for a receptionreport on the 1296 khz tests
of several weeks ago.
The QSL letter has the following letter-head:
Test 1296
72, New Bond Street
London W1Y 9DD
United Kingdom
test1296@xxxxxxxxx

The tests took place from july 31st until september 3rd, with a transmitter
of approximately 500 kW situated in Orford/Suffolk.
The letter was signed by the "Test 1296 Team".
