[HCDX]: Help me !

Dear friends of the radio,


of Saturday night 26 September to the 20 : 07  UTC has listened to a station
pirate

 with good signal and modulation on 3920 kHz. I  have not been able to
identify the station that transmitted much music.

Does anybody know how to tell me exactly to that hour of that day, which was
radio in air?
