[HCDX]: World of Radio Time Correxion

One of the new times on WWCR is half an hour earlier than publicized 
previously: UT Monday 0500 on 3210. So the WWCR lineup is:

Thu 1600 and 2030 on 15685, Sat 2230 on 5070, Sun 0630 and 0930 on 5070, 
Mon 0500 on 5070, Tue 1230 on 15685. All these times shift one UT hour 
later from Oct 25, on the same frequencies.  Regards, Glenn Hauser,
