mobile TIS. 10/5 1700 ET with road construction information and ID. 
Mention of Route 7. Poor, but readable signal over Reagan National
Airport TIS.  My furthest TIS on 530 in years. Not heard on 8
October, assumed off the air. (Bill Harms - Elkridge MD)
