Its out!  Universal Radio got theirs in last Friday and I just received my
issue from them today.  

Please don't forget the Cumbre DX Book Project if you have an old PWBR or
WRTH that you could donate your old issue.  Let me know and I will be glad
to send you the mailing address of a SWL in a developing country.  Or drop
me an Email if you would like more info.
