Ulis Fleming, Maryland, USA, told me last night (October 24) that he
recieved his copy from (I think) Universal Radio.  I'll let Ulis comment
on the quality of the information therein. The local Barnes & Noble
store, a very large book distributor in the USA, told me they expect it
in early November (it has to work through the company's internal
distribution mechanism).
