I have this stn qsl'ed, report was in Spanish as they don't any more
broadcast(?) in English.  QSL came from IMER (Instituto Mexicano de la
Radio).  V/s Lic. Eduardo Sanchez Hernandez says power is currently 
only 18 kW!
