Dept. Of Tranportation, (INDOT). With advisories about traffic in and
around Evansville on US41, Lloyd Expressway,&  I164, and state web site
with construction info throughout Indiana.

The ID WHT-317-232-5523 made be think of area code and phone number. So I
assume it is run out of Indianopolis with area code 317.
