Hi:
Anyone get a clear ID on this station that is on around 1900 till past 2100.
I have been listening for a week now and the mx is great but never can hear
the Male announcer.  He is very weak in the audio department and just unable
to pick anything out but the mx.
CENTRAL AFRICA REPUBLIC 9900 Radio Minurca
I hear this may not be R. Minurca but another African station and maybe
someone has heard it.
