The 1997 ed. of the NRC Log gives the following information for a Puerto
Rico station on 1490 khz:

WLEO
P.O. Box 7612
Ponce, PR 00732
telephone #:  809-844-1490

They are 5000 watts day/1000 watts night power and have a news/talk format
in Spanish.

Possibly the 1998 ed. of the NRC Log gives an updated version of this
information, but this is what I have.
