11-20-98  0200 UT on  2940 khz , who might this be on presumed the second
harmonic, playing back to back country & western songs?
clear ID as KCMH / KCOK, FCC data search of 1470 khz reveals nothing close,
Seems like this was reported recently.
Fair to good signal at times.
