Hello DX friends! My friend Marcelo Cornacchioni
-who live in Lomas de Zamora, Buenos Aires-, reported 
the reception of the station non identificated in 11402 KHz. 
(USB) on 23:00 UTC here in Argentina. I am listening the
station, very poor, here in Buenos Aires in this moment.

Can anybody tell me the name of the radiostation listened?
