[HCDX]: vhf open !

I just picked up signals in the vhf till 35 Mhz ( 1 dec; around 1230 UTC).
The usual Turkish stations on many 34 mhz frequencies; 
several hebrew stations and on 33.375 Mhz spanish traffic with 
LA accent about cars.
Does anybody know something about the origine of the
34 Mhz Turkish stations?
