[HCDX]: UCB Europe 1566 kHz

UCB Europe is using 1566 kHz - I heard it last night (DEC 3, 0000 UTC) with
a weak signal here in the middle of Europe.
This religious station predicted the use of one of the frequencies in the
upper part of MW some time ago in their leaflet.
Does anybody know what transmitter are they using?
