Jorge,
The things you wrote about Puerto Rico -1590 might certainly be true taking
into consideration the specal path between Puerto Rico and Spain, I don't
want to argue about that. But remember also that every Spanish station from
USA does broadcast this announcement from time to time. For example WONX
Evansville IL gives it at 0600 UTC - I have listen to that station a couple
of times here in Finland at that time with their mentioning of "FFC in
Washington" (in spanish of course). It is actually not too difficult to
here in Northern Europe then due to the local sunrise hours.
