DEC 10, 2255 EST / DEC 11, 0355z - What is likely the new Portsmouth, VA
station is testing with non-stop instrumental music. DEC 11 0800 EST /
1300z still on with music and very strong here about 100 miles north of
their location. No IDs noted from this yet but signal strength here
make Portsmouth the most likely.
