I live near Toronto, and they do in fact broadcast a selection of shortwave
stations from around the world after 1am. EDT until about 5:30am EDT.
they do broadcast Radio Nederland.  This would be a Radio 1 network program
in Canada, and would be also on local FM stations in most of Canada.

I have never heard any on Bloomberg.
