The owner of the station, Mr. Charles C. Josey verified my report of 19th
Dec. from the address: <charlesk4lnl@xxxxxxxx>. He told that he has built
himself both the transmitter and the antenna! The transmitter is 50 kW and
mode USB with carrier. The antenna is a 4-element Yagi 140 feet high beamed
at 330 degrees. Hours of operation is 0000-0200Z on Sundays and Mondays only.
