It's WWRV New York NY that airs "Radio Visión Cristiana"  on 1330 kHz, in parallell with 530 kHz. Programmes are dedicated to people living in the Dominican Republic and has lots of mentions of "República Dominicana", so it sounds like it should be a station from Dominican Republic (this also probably the purpose...)
