234kHz R Rossii, via Angarsk. After several follow-ups including directly to
R Rossii HQ in Moscow and an EE report to the station without success, I was
propted to try a friendlier route when I saw Feodor Brazhnikov's e-mail
address and details of the Irkutsk DX Circle. Feodor was only too happy to
help me so I sent him a copy of the report and a couple of US$$s. Feodor
visited the station and obtained a QSL card on a QSL prepared by the Irkutsk
DX Circle. The QSL has text in RR & EE and is duly signed and stamped by the
station personnel.

Radio Reading Service, Levin, the third Monday of the month, on 1602kHz,
3935kHz and 7290kHz.
