11204.1 USB,  Radio Hargeisa, January 30, 1505-1720, Somali & Arabic, Somali
folklore and talks, announcements with echo effects, Somalia often
mentioned, presumed ID (Hargeisa mentioned) at 1647; SINPO 25422 at around
1530; later on the signal became weaker;

I had the impression that the program language changed from Somali to Arabic
after 1630 UTC. However I'm not quite sure. The station was audible in
USB-mode only. May be that they use a ham tx.
